Bourns, the world's leading manufacturer of electronic components, today announced three new series of POWrFuse high-power fuse products. POWrFuse PF-G (63 A), PF-J and PF-H (Ind) series are designed to meet the requirements of UL 248-14, PF-G (90 A) are designed to meet UL 248-14 and UL 248 -1 Standard requirement. These features help protect the system from extreme ambient temperature and fault current events, making the latest POWrFuse™ series ideal for a variety of home appliance and industrial applications.
Bourns POWrFuse PF-G series offers 500 VAC (90 A) and 600 VAC (63 A) ratings, and breaking currents up to 2 kA. POWrFuse PF-H series (Ind) have current ratings up to 12 A and breaking currents up to 100 kA, and are available in ferrule or PCB package options. The POWrFuse PF-J series has 30 to 70 A / 500 VAC ratings and up to 2 kA breaking current. All three new series offer an operating temperature range of -55 to +125 °C and fast-acting protection at fault current, low resistance and power loss.
Bourns POWrFuse PF-G, PF-J and PF-H (Ind) series are available now, all RoHS compliant and halogen free.
