The PHR series of thin film surround resistors comply with ESCC4001 / 023 space grade ESA certification and offer a wide operating temperature range of -55C to + 155C. These parts are available in various housing sizes from 0402 to 2010, with ohms ranging from 10ohm to 3Mohm (depending on size), tolerances as low as 0.01%, and temperature coefficients as low as 5 ppm / C. After 2000h operation at 70 ° C under nominal power, the load life stability is 0.15% (typical value is 0.02%). This device is ideal for use in aerospace, avionics, and defense applications.
The highly reliable TNPS series thin film chip resistors are ESA certified, meet the requirements of ESCC 4001/029, and benefit from SnPb termination plating, with a minimum of 6% Pb. Technical details include a wide operating temperature range from -55C to + 125C, a wide ohm range from 10ohm to 1Mohm (depending on size) and tight tolerances as low as 0.1%. These components are often used in communications and research satellites, and are equally applicable to aircraft and electronic defense systems.
